Women's Rights 1920's
Women in the 1920's even though were progressing, were still not found to be unequal with the men. Women were not paid the same as men, they were not allowed to do some of the occupations men could do and in politics, women were still not seen as equal to men. Women were thought to be not a "person." The "Famous Five" challenged this though and ended up changing the lives of women immensely. War, alcohol, and many other factors affected the lives of women in the 1920's, some for the better and some for the worse. Women either struggled or flourished in this time, some maybe did both. Women started as being only seen not heard, but eventually, they were definitely heard.
